NVA Summer Camp is open for registration

WEEK 1 - JUNE 8-12  (CLOSED) -

WEEK 3 - JUNE 22-JUNE 26 (open) 
WEEK 4 - JUNE 29- JULY 3  (open) 
WEEK 5 - JULY 6 - JULY 10  (open) 
WEEK 6 - JULY 13 - JULY 17  (open) 
WEEK 7 - JULY 20

We are currently revising our 2026 Parent Handbook. Last year’s handbook is available below—simply click the link to view it. About 95% of the information will remain the same, so if you need a general snapshot of how each day of the program operates, last year’s version is still a helpful guide.

We will share the updated 2026 handbook with all registered participants as we get closer to the start of the program.

If you are registering for Week 1 or Week 2, you must email us to confirm availability before completing your registration.

Cancellation Policy

If you signed up for our New Year's Sale January 1- 7 ... those weeks are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You may switch to different weeks later if your summer plans change - BUT you can NOT cancel 

 

​Families signing up for camp February - July fall under our normal cancelation policy which is:

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Registrants withdrawing 3 WEEKS (or earlier) prior to the start of the camp weeks they are signed up for will receive a 100% refund minus a $50 processing fee. 

  • Registrants withdrawing 2 WEEKS (or earlier) prior to the start of the camp weeks they are signed up for will receive a 50% refund. 

  • There are no refunds once we are within 13 days of the camp week you signed up for.

  • All participant withdrawals must be received during regular business hours via email or written letter.

  • Note: Partial refunds MAY be available if there is a child on a wait list that we can fill the spot with. Email the NVA office for details. All drops MUST be made via written request by either FAX or by MAIL
